Lead UX/UI Designer – Private Banking

We are seeking a Lead UX Designer to help shape our next-generation digital banking platforms and elevate the experience of our high-net-worth clients across web and mobile channels. Your Role

As Lead UX Designer, you will:

  • Own the end-to-end UX design process for our private banking digital services.
  • Lead and mentor a team of UX/UI designers, ensuring design consistency, quality, and innovation.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, data analysts, and compliance teams to define and execute design strategies.
  • Conduct user research with affluent clients and relationship managers to uncover needs, pain points, and opportunities.
  • Translate complex financial workflows into intuitive, accessible, and elegant user interfaces.
  • Advocate for design thinking and a user-centered mindset across the organization.
  • Create and maintain UX frameworks, design systems, and documentation aligned with brand and accessibility standards.

What You Bring

  • 7+ years of UX design experience, including 2+ years in a lead or senior role.
  • Proven success designing digital products in financial services—preferably private banking, wealth management, or fintech.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing complex UX challenges and user-centric solutions.
  • Deep understanding of design thinking, user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
  • Familiarity with security, compliance, and accessibility standards in the financial sector.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, or similar.
