Our client, a leading Investment Bank, is hiring a Head of Production Services to lead their Front Office Fixed Income production support function in London. You will lead Production Services for Front Office applications, covering pre-trade, pricing, RFQ, execution and trade booking, across Rates and Credit.
The role combines hands-on technical leadership with senior stakeholder management, acting as the trusted point of contact for MDs, Traders and Sales. Lots of expansion is planned, with brand new desks and scope to grow and develop the team as the business expands.
- Strong management skills (5+ years), including management of managers
- Strong stakeholder management with senior business users
- Excellent Rates product knowledge (Gilts, pricing/yield curve building, RFQ, Rates trading flows)
- Experience supporting eTrading platforms in the front office
- Technical capability across SQL, Linux/Unix and Python
