Our client (Financial Services) is seeking an Applications Lead to support and enhance the IT Service's workflows and processes throughout the firm. You’ll manage 5+ direct reports, while also providing strategic decisions and technical oversight across the end-to-end process from development to delivery.
Applicants should have:
- Experience covering full development processes, ideally as an applications/workflow/process engineer
- People/Technical Leadership - able to demonstrate technical expertise through mentoring and leadership to effect change, alongside performance reviews, coaching
- Prior hands on programming experience, such as with SQL Server and/or T-SQL
- Strong communication skills, able to work with senior stakeholders
