Job Description
Our client is seeking an accomplished data visualisation analyst with expert level Looker/LookML skills. This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract position (paid monthly, not a day-rate contract) for a consultancy firm, onsite at a major UK banking organisation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing LookML models to create high-quality visualisations, based on requirements direct from the business and via BAs/product managers.
You will have several years direct experience with Looker Core and strong SQL skills, ideally working with large datasets in a cloud tooling context (Snowflake/BigQuery). Exposure to commercial banking would be advantageous, particularly the standards of data governance or security that are expected in financial services.
