About the Team
We provide a full range of legal services to individuals and businesses and are currently looking to recruit a legal secretary to join our thriving Private Client department of the close‑knit office in Stratford‑upon‑Avon. While we would like to recruit a full‑time member of the team, we are open to part‑time for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- You would carry out general secretarial duties including the use of an electronic case management system, communicating with clients both by telephone and face to face, typing using digital dictation, file administration, diary management and document production.
Qualifications
- We are looking for someone who possesses strong organisational abilities, has excellent communication and client care skills and a willing team player.
- Previous audio typing or legal secretary experience is essential for this role.
Remuneration
We offer a full‑time salary of £24,500 – £26,500, depending on your level of experience compared with other members of the team.
Working Hours
Full‑time applicants would be contracted to work Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm with an hour for lunch each day, making a 35‑hour working week.
