Job role: Receptionist/Administrator
Location: Pershore
Hours: Part time – Monday and Tuesday 9am to 5pm
Salary: from £9,300 (WTE £23,250), depending on experience

If so, our receptionist/administrator position based in our bustling Pershore office, could be the right role for you.

Previous reception/administration experience is not essential as full training will be provided.

Ability to work extra days to cover absences would be an advantage.

Key Roles

  • Processing incoming calls and greeting visitors
  • Communicating with clients, both by telephone and face-to-face
  • Scanning documents and incoming post into our case management system
  • File archiving
  • Document filing
  • Daily post duties
  • Assisting with IT and office maintenance queries
  • Variety of administration tasks to suit the various departments’ requirements
