To enable you to have some down time from your work assisting our clients with Wills and Tax Planning, Estate Administration, Powers of Attorney, and Trust advice, we offer 33 days annual leave per calendar year (pro rata for part time), including the statutory bank holidays and the day off on your birthday!
For the individual we are able to help with legal issues surrounding the buying and selling of your home, the preparation of Wills (including inheritance tax planning), and powers of attorney.
We also advise on the creation and management of trusts and can offer an understanding and efficient service upon the loss of a loved one by helping with the administration of their estate.
We assist with family law problems and divorce with the same careful consideration.
We always seek to be firm and fair when promoting your wishes and will be frank with you as to the risks and possibilities that you may face.
For the business client we can help you deal with legal matters such as buying and selling a business, employment law, commercial property and disputes.
