Salary: £22,750 – £23,300 (depending on experience)

If so, Thomson & Bancks have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our local, trusted and dedicated team as a full time administrator/receptionist. You would be based in our friendly Tewkesbury office supporting colleagues from all of our locations but the ability to travel to our other offices if the need arises would be a bonus.

The role would include:

  • Processing incoming calls and greeting visitors
  • Assist with IT queries
  • Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock
  • Organise office maintenance
  • Daily post duties
  • Archiving, retrieval and destruction of files and documents
  • Various administration tasks to suit the firm’s daily requirements

We offer 33 days holiday per calendar year, including bank holidays, for a full-time member of staff, pro-rata for part time.

Once you have been with Thomson & Bancks for 3 months you will be enrolled in the Government backed NEST pension scheme, subject to meeting the scheme’s requirements.

As well as working hard, we also like to have fun and usually host a summer social and Christmas party along with small fundraising events such as a Halloween Bake Off and Christmas Jumper Day.
