We are seeking a Senior Lawyer to join our well‑established and highly respected Employment Rights team, based across the firm. If you’re an experienced solicitor, barrister, or Legal Executive looking to take on challenging and rewarding work, we are waiting to hear from you.

Compensation: £65,597 - £69,049 / year

The role:

  • Manage a variety of large and complex employment rights cases, using your judgment and expertise to make daily decisions that significantly impact the cases you handle.
  • Undertake advocacy in the Employment Tribunal (ET) at the case management stage.
  • Work within a collaborative team, providing support to other members and offering supervision and mentorship to junior colleagues.

  • Qualified professionals with a solid understanding of Employment Law and a proven ability to manage cases from start to finish.
  • Experience should include a strong grasp of the Employment Tribunal (ET) and Employment Appeal Tribunal (EAT) litigation process.
  • Clear, concise communicators who excel in leadership, thrive in a supportive team environment, and are passionate about the work.
  • Strong advocates for our cause, building and nurturing relationships with trade union clients and officials both regionally and nationally.
