Join a dedicated and highly regarded team where your work makes a meaningful difference. As a Paralegal within our Disease Team in Manchester, you’ll play a vital part in supporting clients affected by a wide range of industrial disease conditions, including respiratory diseases, occupational asthma, dermatitis, and other workplace‑related musculoskeletal illnesses.


You’ll help guide clients through often challenging circumstances, using your empathy, communication skills and attention to detail to ensure they receive clear, compassionate and expert support. You’ll manage a varied caseload, work closely with experienced solicitors, and develop specialist knowledge within an important and evolving area of law.

  • Confidence in using legal research platforms such as Westlaw or LexisNexis

  • Familiarity with case management systems

  • Highly organised, proactive and client‑centred

  • A strong communicator, able to work sensitively with clients and collaboratively with colleagues

  • Motivated to develop expertise within disease litigation and contribute to the team’s success
