Compensation: £32,681 / year

Responsibilities:

  • The role will involve both assisting on existing cases and managing a caseload of your own from the outset. This will include fast track, intermediate track, and multi-track matters, with appropriate supervision in place.
  • While the balance will initially be weighted towards assisting on existing files, there will be clear opportunities to take ownership of your own caseload as you develop in the role.
  • You will gain hands-on experience across the full spectrum of case management, requiring sound theoretical knowledge, strong judgment, and the ability to support and progress cases from inception through to resolution.
  • You’ll work closely with experienced legal professionals, developing your expertise and deepening your understanding of personal injury law.
  • As a valued team member, you’ll play an integral role in achieving team goals and delivering excellent outcomes for clients.

Qualifications:

We are looking for qualified lawyers who can demonstrate experience in handling fast track personal injury claims, including familiarity with the litigation process. (Ideally 0 – 2 years PQE). Along with a proven track record of meeting deadlines, we are keen to hear from lawyers with previous experience in using electronic case management systems. As the role involves direct client interaction, an understanding and empathic approach and a passion for client care is key. This position would be ideal for someone who is looking to take their next step in their legal career, where your contributions will be truly valued, and you will be given the opportunity and support to flourish.
