In this pivotal role, you will manage a high‑value, multi‑track caseload from initial client interview through to successful resolution. You will lead complex clinical negligence claims with skill, empathy and sound strategic judgement, ensuring the highest standards of litigation and client care throughout. Alongside your own caseload, this role requires strong and proven supervision experience. You will play an active part in supervising, mentoring and developing junior lawyers, providing technical guidance, oversight and support to ensure cases progress effectively and to a consistently high standard. You will work with a high degree of autonomy while contributing to a collaborative, high‑performing team, where knowledge‑sharing and mutual support are central to success.
