We are looking for a Paralegal to join our Multi-Track Accidents team in our Newcastle Office, assisting on a wide range of tasks and activities to help support the progression of cases. Each day is different and brings new opportunities and challenges to learn. If you take pride in delivering a high-quality service and can demonstrate excellence in legal research, drafting and client care, then we would be the perfect match!
Our paralegals are an integral part of the personal injury team; supporting Solicitors in handling cases and preparing for hearings and meetings. A working day for a Paralegal is never the same, as it could involve calculating special damages, liability investigations, reviewing medical records, undertaking legal research, attending court and attending on clients, witnesses, experts and Counsel.
We are looking for paralegals with some experience of running or assisting with multi track cases. As well as excellent knowledge of the law relating to personal injury and the civil litigation process, excellent prioritisation skills and meticulous attention to detail and the ability to construct clear and effective arguments are essential, in yielding the best result for our clients.
