Compensation: £26,844 / year
Role: Our paralegals work across all areas of cases including liability investigations, medical record review, instructing experts and Counsel, client and witness meetings, legal research, disclosure preparation, court attendance and much more. Working both independently and as part of a team, they produce high-quality work, utilising case management systems, Word, and Excel.
Who we are looking for: We are keen to hear from motivated individuals, whether you are a university graduate with a genuine interest in personal injury/clinical negligence law, or an experienced paralegal looking to further develop your career in this area. A sound understanding of personal injury and/or clinical negligence claims, together with familiarity with the Pre-Action Protocols, the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR), and relevant funding arrangements, would be advantageous. With the ability to work efficiently, accurately, and meet deadlines, and excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills, we are looking for team players who are passionate about providing exceptional client care. Proficiency in IT applications and competence in using electronic case management systems is key to success in this team.
