Are you an experienced Lawyer ready to take the next step in serious injury litigation? Join our Serious Injury Team and play a pivotal role in representing clients with life-changing injuries.
The role... As a Lawyer in our Serious Injury Team, you will manage a varied caseload of high-value personal injury claims, typically worth in excess of £1m. These include serious orthopaedic injuries, spinal and brain injuries, amputations, and complex polytrauma cases, often arising from road traffic collisions, accidents at work, or public liability incidents.
You will take ownership of your own files from instruction to resolution, leading on litigation strategy, liaising directly with clients, experts, and other stakeholders, and progressing cases toward settlement or trial. You will also provide guidance and support to junior lawyers, contributing to the overall development and strength of the team.
Who we are looking for… We are seeking a qualified solicitor with experience in serious injury litigation and a proven track record of managing complex high value claims. Experience in catastrophic injury cases is highly desirable.
Alongside strong technical knowledge, you will have excellent negotiation and communication skills, the ability to manage a significant caseload, and a client-focused approach that ensures individuals receive the highest standard of service.
