We’re looking for an enthusiastic and proactive IT Trainer to join our IT Department on a permanent basis. If you're passionate about helping people learn, enjoy working with technology, and want to make a real impact across our multi‑site legal network, we want to hear from you. What the role involves...

  • Delivering engaging training sessions on key IT systems and tools
  • Creating clear, user-friendly training materials and resources
  • Supporting ongoing development of our IT training strategy
  • Working with the IT team to test, refine, and improve workflow systems
  • Developing your understanding of best practices in case handling across RTA, EL/PL, and Employment

What we are looking for...

  • 2–4 years’ experience in a training role, preferably IT
  • A solid understanding of Microsoft applications
  • Familiarity with case management systems (we’ll provide full training)
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • An open mind and willingness to learn
  • Willingness to travel across our office network
  • Experience with Mattersphere, Microsoft 365, or working in a multi‑site environment—but these are absolutely not essential.
