What the role involves
- You’ll lead a varied, high‑value caseload of multi‑track clinical negligence claims, guiding clients from first interview through to resolution.
- Your role will include managing clinical negligence cases with empathy, precision, and strategic insight.
- Complying with the pre action protocol and court directions.
- Instructing and liaising with medical experts and with counsel in connection with litigation, ADR, and advocacy.
- Conducting negotiations and attending mediations and settlement meetings.
- Handling interim applications and contributing to income forecasting.
- Ensuring timely billing with support from our internal costs team.
- Working independently and as part of a supportive collaborative team.
