Join our dynamic team as a Support Assistant, where you'll play a pivotal role in providing administrative and solicitor support. This position requires a blend of technical proficiency, exceptional organisational skills, and effective communication abilities. Key Responsibilities
- Work independently and thrive in a busy environment.
- Proactively manage workload and meet deadlines with accuracy.
- Have both technical and administrative experience within a legal setting, including drafting correspondence and completing legal forms and documents for clients, courts, and third parties.
- Exhibit excellent attention to detail, extracting and interpreting key information from case files.
- Demonstrate strong communication and client care skills, with the ability to empathise with vulnerable clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems.
