What You’ll Be Doing
As an experienced PI Lawyer, you’ll manage your own caseload of intermediate track and multi-track claims, including:
- Employer’s liability
- Occupier’s liability
- Road traffic accidents (RTAs)
Alongside this, you’ll have the opportunity to get involved in more complex and interesting work, such as:
- Product liability claims
- Sports injury cases
- Animal-related incidents
You’ll take ownership of your cases from instruction through to resolution, using your litigation expertise, commercial awareness, and ability to build compelling arguments to secure the best outcomes for your clients.

- A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 2+ years’ PQE
- Experienced in handling intermediate and/or multi-track PI claims
