We are looking for a Finance Administrator to join our busy and successful Settlement Agreement Unit in Liverpool. This role primarily focuses on supporting the financial administration of the team while also providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the unit. Working alongside legal and non-legal colleagues, you will play a key role in maintaining efficient financial and administrative processes. We are open to full time or part time/job share applicants.

What the role involves:

  • Processing invoices, payments and receipts.
  • Supporting credit control and maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Managing and updating financial and administrative data.
  • Producing reports and assisting with reconciliation activities.
  • Responding to enquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Supporting file management, correspondence and general office administration.
  • Providing cover and assistance with wider administrative tasks where required.

Who we are looking for:

You're an experienced administrator with excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills. You're confident working with financial information, managing data accurately and communicating effectively with colleagues and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, IT literate and able to prioritise competing demands in a busy environment. Previous finance administration experience would be advantageous.
