Provide general administrative support to the Costs team, including data input and retrieval using internal systems Carry out routine clerical tasks such as opening and closing cases, filing, photocopying, scanning and post handling Organise incoming and outgoing mail and DX, including sorting, packaging and distribution Support with data entry on case management systems and spreadsheets, including new case set-ups and recording agreed costs Assist with file closure processes, billing and archiving Provide ad hoc support to the wider Costs team and cover for colleagues when required Undertake general office duties such as preparing bundles, managing deliveries, and supporting day-to-day team administration More about you...
