Responsibilities:
- Manage a varied caseload of high‑value personal injury claims, typically worth in excess of £1m.
- Handle serious orthopaedic injuries, spinal and brain injuries, amputations, and complex polytrauma cases arising from road traffic collisions, accidents at work or public liability incidents.
- Take ownership of your own files from instruction to resolution.
- Lead the litigation strategy, liaise directly with clients, experts and other stakeholders, and progress cases toward settlement or trial.
- Provide guidance and support to junior lawyers, contributing to the overall development and strength of the team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience handling serious injury claims.
- Strong litigation and case‑management skills.
- The ability to work independently whilst supporting junior colleagues.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
