What the role involves...
You’ll manage your own varied caseload of complex, high-value employment matters — from multi-claimant and discrimination cases to TUPE and beyond. With the autonomy to run cases end-to-end, you’ll also represent clients at Employment Tribunal hearings and play a key role in delivering exceptional results. This isn’t just about legal work. You’ll be a trusted adviser, a mentor to junior colleagues, and an influential voice within the team — helping to build capability, strengthen relationships, and drive success.
