Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of complex, high-value multi-track personal injury claims, typically valued between GBP 250,000 and GBP 1,000,000.
- Handle matters arising from serious accidents including road traffic collisions, workplace incidents and public liability claims.
- Lead cases from initial investigation through litigation to settlement or trial.
- Develop case strategy, instruct counsel and experts, prepare for and attend JSMs and ADR.
- Ensure matters are progressed efficiently and in line with client expectations.
- Maintain strong client relationships throughout the lifecycle of each case.
- Provide technical guidance to junior colleagues and share best practices.
- Contribute to maintaining high standards of case quality.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the department to support performance and operational objectives.
