Join our Serious Injury Team in Birmingham as a Serious Injury Lawyer and be part of a team committed to securing justice for those affected by life‑changing injuries. The role involves working within a national structure of serious injury experts litigating cases of maximum severity, achieving life‑altering results for clients. Our serious injury threshold value is £1 million, and the team focuses on cases with that quantum value or more.

You will work within a team structure, be afforded opportunities to access high‑quality technical training and supervisory support to allow you to grow and thrive in our client‑focused team, and be encouraged to develop your legal technical, client care and business development skills.

We are looking for a qualified solicitor who is either newly qualified or up to 5 years PQE, with a genuine interest in serious injury work and a desire to progress a career representing those affected by life‑changing injury. Previous experience in managing or assisting on multi-track personal injury cases is desirable, but not essential. If you can demonstrate an excellent foundation in litigation understanding and technical legal ability with a commitment to representing those in need, we want you to join our team.
