About the Role

As a Support Team Member, you will:

  • Provide essential administrative support across our personal injury teams.
  • Copy type legal documents with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage correspondence and maintain files, ensuring meticulous record-keeping.
  • Draft court documents and update case management systems.
  • Handle telephone calls, responding to queries where appropriate.
  • Coordinate diary management, scheduling, and office logistics.
  • Assist with photocopying, document delivery, and other office administration tasks as required.

Your role is crucial in maintaining the high standards of service and efficiency within our firm.

What We’re Looking For

  • Relevant Experience: A minimum of one year’s experience in legal administration within the personal injury sector is preferred.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written abilities.
  • Organisational Excellence: Ability to prioritise tasks and manage workload effectively.
  • Technical Proficiency: Competence in Microsoft Office Suite and case management systems.
  • Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to administrative tasks.

Location: Must be able to commute to our Glasgow office. Full time for training moving to two days office based. Core Hours Monday-Thursday: 8.45am - 4.45pm Friday: 8.45am - 4.15pm
