About the Role
As a Paralegal in Road Traffic Accident claims, you will:
- Manage RTA Cases: Oversee pre-litigated RTA claims, ensuring timely progression and accurate documentation.
- Prepare Legal Documents: Draft statements, letters and other legal documents, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
- Client Interaction: Liaise with clients, third parties, and medical professionals to ensure the smooth running of each case.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with your team to develop effective case strategies to meet KPIs, while mentoring and providing guidance to junior members of the team.
What We’re Looking For
- RTA Experience: Proven experience in handling Road Traffic Accident claims is essential.
- Strong Legal Knowledge: A thorough understanding of personal injury law, in the context of Road Traffic Accidents.
