We are looking to appoint a full time shop supervisor. Applicants should have previous retail experience with supervisory responsibilities. An understanding of the garden centre market and its products would be an advantage.

The main duty is to ensure the smooth running of the garden centre shop and checkout area. This is achieved by being able to deliver excellent customer care, good stock management whilst maintaining the high standards the garden centre works to.

Weekend and Bank holiday work is involved.
