  • Able to read and understand drawings and site plans

What you’ll do:

As Landscaping Team Leader, you’ll be at the heart of our delivery on site and a proactive part of the team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the delivery of soft landscaping projects, including woodland planting, amenity planting, and turfing/seeding
  • Delivering and supervising fencing works, including agricultural stock fencing, post & rail, and close board
  • Carrying out fencing inspections and reporting on condition and remedial requirements
  • Carrying out maintenance visits to various sites including tree watering, strimming and weeding, small fencing repairs
  • Planning and organising site activities, including resources, materials, and team members
  • Reading and interpreting drawings and site plans to ensure works are delivered accurately and to specification
  • Liaising with clients on site to ensure they receive timely, accurate, and professional service
  • Ensuring all work is delivered safely, to a high standard, on time and within budget
  • Identifying opportunities to improve site processes and contribute to the growth of the environment division
