As Administrator, you will provide vital support across a busy office environment, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of administrative processes while serving as a professional and empathetic point of contact for clients, visitors and external organisations.
The successful Administrator will be responsible for:
- Managing incoming calls, emails and correspondence
- Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
- Processing invoices and financial documentation
- Supporting the use of Xero
- Coordinating bookings and arrangements with a variety of external organisations
- Assisting clients with important documentation
- Preparing service-related materials
- Providing wider administrative support to the team as required
