The Opportunity
Join a well‑established Wealth Management practice in Hambledon as an experienced and organised Financial Services Administrator. In this role you will support a team of Financial Planners in delivering a high‑quality, efficient, and professional service to clients.
Responsibilities
- Prepare client documentation
- Process new business
- Liaise with providers
- Maintain accurate client records
- Support both advisers and the wider client servicing team
Requirements
- Previous experience within a financial planning or wealth management environment
- Strong organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail
- A proactive and positive approach to work
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
- A client‑focused mindset, with a desire to deliver excellent service
