Salary: £45k – £60k per annum (plus generous bonus)

Hours: 09:00 – 17:00 (Monday – Friday)

The Opportunity

Thompson & Terry Recruitment are working with a well-regarded independent firm of residential surveyors and valuers operating across Oxfordshire and the wider area who are looking to recruit an experienced L3 Residential Surveyor to join their team.

As Residential Surveyor, the successful candidate will be responsible for conducting RICS Level 3 Surveys across Oxfordshire. Our client's main focus is on quality over quantity, and so they are looking for candidates with excellent attention to detail and experience of working across a range of properties.

The successful candidate will be looking to build a long-term and successful career really focused on sector-leading quality, rather than just a job. In order to ensure this level of success at such an exciting time for the business, there will be a large focus on your professional development and individual growth.

Whilst Thompson & Terry Recruitment’s client use standard operating systems and monitor KPIs, there is a real focus on quality over quantity, which is reflected in the workload expectations.

In summary, our client are looking for a detail-focused and experienced Level 3 Residential Surveyor with strong communication skills, fantastic attention to detail and a genuine interest in building a long-term career within the business.
