Salary: up to £60,000 per annum (+ strong benefits)
Hours: Monday – Friday (09:00 – 17:00)

The Opportunity

Thompson & Terry Recruitment are working with an award-winning Wealth Management practice who are looking to recruit an experienced and organised Operations Manager with real gravitas to join their team based in Buckingham.

As Operations Manager, your role is largely focused on supporting the business owners in every capacity to ensure the smooth running and day-to-day operations across the entire business. As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for reviewing all policies, people and processes from day one to ensure the business is thriving whilst having complete focus on compliance.

The successful Operations Manager will be a great relationship builder. Alongside day-to-day operational duties, the Operations Manager will also be responsible for managing the team, creating and conducting regular performance reviews, supporting with the implementation and maintenance of HR systems and new bonus structures as well as supporting the management team with communication and attending monthly Director’s meetings.
