Position: Content Marketing Manager
Location: Remote working, with occasional travel
Salary: c. 50,000 per annum FTE, depending on experience and working pattern
Hours: Full-time, with flexibility for a 4 or 5 day working week

Experience: Content creation, website and LinkedIn management, digital marketing, B2B experience, technical or public sector exposure, AI awareness, stakeholder communication
The Opportunity: Support Thompson's website and LinkedIn, helping to strengthen digital presence and ensure messaging is clear, consistent and engaging. This is a varied and hands-on role that will see you supporting content strategy and delivery, improving digital engagement, contributing to events and helping to bring fresh ideas to the marketing function. You will also work closely with internal stakeholders to capture stories, shape messaging and ensure content is aligned with wider business priorities.
