The Opportunity
Thompson & Terry Recruitment are delighted to welcome a driven and organised graduate to join our award-winning team as a Graduate Business Executive on our comprehensive and successful graduate programme. This varied and hands-on role offers invaluable exposure across multiple areas of our business, from full-cycle recruitment support and candidate management to administration, PA duties for the Managing Director, and a strong emphasis on marketing including day-to-day social media management, content creation, and video production.
The successful Graduate Business Executive will play a pivotal role in supporting our exciting growth trajectory, including recent launches of new business arms and our long-term vision towards team ownership by May 2035, while gaining the training and development needed to build a rewarding career. Under the marketing umbrella, after some training, you'll manage our social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.), create engaging posts and videos for candidate attraction and client outreach, brainstorm content ideas, edit short-form videos, and track performance to amplify our brand presence. This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious graduate eager to wear many hats in a small, collaborative team, contribute to business success, and secure promotion following a successful graduate programme.

- Educated to degree level (or equivalent practical experience).
