Requirements
- Proven experience in a programme coordination, project support, events, communications or stakeholder-facing role, ideally within an innovation, defence, membership or alliance environment.
- Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and keep complex delivery on track.
- Confident and adaptable communicator, comfortable engaging with senior leaders, members and external stakeholders.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when preparing documents, agendas, briefing materials and follow-up actions.
- Strong sense of initiative, with the ability to think on your feet, bring ideas forward and contribute creatively to delivery.
- Proven ability to build relationships, foster engagement and create a strong sense of community across different audiences.
- A genuine interest in people, with the confidence to work collaboratively and make things happen through excellent communication and programme delivery.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams and digital collaboration tools, with a willingness to embrace new systems and AI tools to improve efficiency.
