The Opportunity

Thompson & Terry Recruitment are proud to be working alongside our award-winning and rapidly expanding commercial property client to recruit a Client Services Coordinator to support the growth of their Abingdon-based business centre. As the face of the centre, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional first impression for clients, visitors and prospective customers. From welcoming guests and handling enquiries to supporting sales activity and ensuring the smooth running of the centre, this is a varied and rewarding position that combines customer service, administration, operations and sales support.

The successful Client Services Coordinator will work closely with the Centre Manager and will be trusted to take ownership of key responsibilities, including managing enquiries, coordinating viewings, supporting revenue generation and maintaining excellent service standards. You will also have the opportunity to step up and cover the Centre Manager during periods of absence, making this an excellent development opportunity for someone looking to progress their career.

This role would suit an ambitious individual with strong administration and customer service experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, building relationships and delivering exceptional client experiences.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer service, reception or administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A proactive and professional approach with the confidence to work independently
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Professional, adaptable and eager to take on additional responsibility and develop over time.
