While much of the role is remote or home-based, the successful Inclusive Design Consultant must be confident to present directly to clients and be able to travel to a range of high-profile projects, which are mainly across the south and London. Requirements * Proven experience in inclusive design / access consultancy work; * Strong knowledge of the Equality Act 2010, Building Regulations (Part M, K, T), and inclusive design standards; * Familiarity with the London Plan / national planning policy; * Excellent report writing and analytical skills; * Confident communicator with experience in client meetings, site visits, and presentations; * Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently and collaboratively; and * NRAC Consultant status preferred (or RICS Inclusive Environment Consultant status).
