As Business Administrator, your role will focus on both supporting advisers and the wider client services team to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations and ensuring an exceptional client experience. The successful Business Administrator will be highly organised, detail-focused, and comfortable working with technology. As Business Administrator, you will liaise with external providers, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and the highest standards of service, therefore excellent attention to detail is a must-have. Within this role, your day-to-day responsibilities will involve working closely with the paraplanning team, preparing client meeting packs, supporting with new business processing, managing and logging secure client communications, and taking ownership of cashflow modelling software (training will be provided).
