Grounds Keeper (Part-time)
We are looking for an experienced Grounds Keeper to join our friendly and busy team at Drumnabreeze House and Courtyard, Magheralin, County Down.
The Role:
- Strim grass banks weekly.
- Blow leaves from all driveways, walkways, gardens, Courtyard, around the house and workshop, etc.
- Cut grass weekly in walled garden, Oval garden, Courtyard, Stables, around the workshop, and rental properties as required.
- Spray weeds around the workshop, gallop, pathways, driveways, TLL Dromore sales yard, and rental properties.
- Prune ivy off trees at Drumnabreeze.
- Prune ivy on the Courtyard walls.
- Use the tractor and land leveller to maintain gravel driveways and gallop.
- Saw up fallen branches or trees as required.
- Maintain patio and cobblestone areas, applying chemicals as needed.
- Put cubes into vermin boxes.
- Split logs and stack into the woodshed as required.
- Assist gardening staff as needed.
- Operate ride-on mower, push mower, strimmer, blower, sprayer, quad, Gator, tractor, trailer, telehandler, etc.
