We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our Newcastle Depot. You will provide a courteous and efficient reception service ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction at all times. You will be responsible for R2C, truck service scheduling, MOT bookings in line with the manufacturer's guidelines and recommendations. You will work closely with the workshop, parts, and sales team.
It is key that you have the following:
- Experience of working in a similar environment with excellent customer skills
- Good experience of a service industry dealing with customers via various methods
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of working with databases
- Excellent time management, organisational and IT skills
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Good levels of numeracy and literacy
- Attention to detail and accuracy is paramount
- Experience of working with multiple teams
- Driving licence is desirable
- Technical background desirable
