The Role As a Parts Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting our customers and the wider depot team.
Your main duties will include: Handling incoming and outgoing customer enquiries via telephone and email Contacting potential or existing customers to promote products, services, and offers Completing reports accurately and on time Monitoring and reporting on delayed or back-ordered parts Ensuring all franchise reporting platforms are kept up to date in line with group policy What We're Looking For To be successful in this role, you should have: Excellent customer service skills when dealing with internal and external customers Strong product and parts knowledge, with the ability to offer clear advice and guidance High attention to detail, with the ability to complete paperwork accurately and promptly A positive, proactive approach and a strong team ethic Experience in a similar parts role is desirable, but enthusiasm and the right attitude are just as important. xsabvtc
