The Opportunity

Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a motivated and driven Sales Executive to join their team based in Witney.

As Sales Executive, you will play a key role in developing both existing and new customer relationships, helping to drive revenue growth whilst delivering exceptional levels of customer service. Initially, the position offers a balanced mix of account management and business development, with a long-term focus on growing and nurturing customer accounts as relationships develop.

The successful Sales Executive will be responsible for maintaining regular contact with customers, generating repeat business and identifying opportunities to increase revenue. Alongside managing a portfolio of existing accounts, you will actively prospect for new customers through warm leads and self-generated opportunities, building long-term relationships that support both customer success and business growth.

This opportunity would suit a proactive and commercially minded Sales Executive who enjoys building long-term customer relationships. The successful Sales Executive will be organised, tenacious and self-motivated, with the confidence to develop existing accounts whilst generating new business opportunities. Additionally, as Sales Executive, you will benefit from ongoing coaching and development from a dedicated sales trainer, alongside excellent earning potential within a growing and supportive business.

  • Proven experience in a sales or business development position
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills via telephone, email or in-person
