The Opportunity
Thompson & Terry Recruitment are delighted to be working with a well-established and highly respected international brand to recruit a commercially minded and hands-on Operations Manager to join their leadership team just outside of High Wycombe. As Operations Manager, you will take full ownership of the UK Operations function, leading a cross-functional team across Customer Service, Demand Planning, Inventory Management and Warehouse Logistics.
This is a pivotal role within the business, responsible for ensuring the smooth end-to-end flow of orders, stock and delivery, while maintaining excellent service levels, operational efficiency and strong cost control. The successful Operations Manager will be a visible and proactive leader, comfortable working across Sales, Marketing, Finance and European stakeholders.
You will play a key role in driving performance against core KPIs, improving operational processes, optimising inventory, enhancing reporting and supporting the business through continued growth and transformation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong operations or supply chain experience who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with day-to-day hands-on leadership.
