The Opportunity

As Senior HR Business Partner, you will lead and manage the full HR lifecycle across a range of clients while providing trusted and strategic HR advice. You will work closely with business leaders to shape HR strategy, guide key decisions and ensure clients receive tailored, commercially focused support that builds long-term relationships and delivers genuine value. The successful candidate will be confident managing complex employee relations matters, advising on sensitive issues, and leading HR transformation and change. Responsibilities

You will join a team of experienced HR professionals who collaborate, share knowledge and support one another in developing both personally and professionally. Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior HR leadership position such as HR Business Partner or Senior HR Consultant
  • CIPD qualified or working towards a CIPD qualification
  • Confident managing the full HR lifecycle and handling complex employee relations cases
  • Strategic mindset with a strong ability to build, maintain and influence client relationships
  • Commercial awareness and a desire to contribute to business growth and success
  • Excellent understanding of UK employment law, HR best practice and compliance
  • Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle to travel to client sites
