Thompson and Cooke Solicitors are seeking a talented Litigation Solicitor (5+ years PQE) to join our respected firm. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise across property litigation, probate disputes, and general civil litigation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a varied litigation caseload with minimal supervision

• Advising clients on property, probate, and general disputes

• Drafting legal documents and attending hearings

About You:

• At least 5 years’ PQE in litigation

• Strong experience in property disputes and contentious probate

• Excellent client care, advocacy, and organisational skills

• Motivated, professional, and a team player
