We are seeking an experienced Engineering Planner and Engineering Administrator to join our Engineering Planning team. The post holder will be responsible for implementing and managing world class planning processes in the Engineering team, aligned to the NPI process.
Responsibilities:
- Develop & implement agile planning processes to ensure effective utilisation of Engineering project hours
- Facilitate project planning sessions
- Manage multiple project plans, ensuring consistency across multiple sites, with planning methods aligned
- Create and maintain an engineering projects dashboard to track and report on project performance, providing a real-time, comprehensive, and prioritised view
- Support project teams with planning methodology, tools and process training
- Maintain project metrics to track performance in project delivery
- Assist and advise leaders, managers and teams to the best use of project management disciplines and approaches within a fast‑paced environment
- Updating project plans
- Management of technical documentation
- Updating reporting packs
- Liaising with internal and external customers

Requirements:
- Competent in MS Office software with the ability to design and utilise complex Excel models and tools
- Experience in supporting several concurrent projects
- Experience in an engineering/design/project management environment
- Excellent time management skills complemented with a highly organised and self motivated demeanor
- A Degree in an engineering or scientific discipline
