The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 Β£ per year.
The post holder will report to the Facilities Manager and will be responsible for providing daily maintenance of all facilities.
Responsibilities
- Comply with site safety procedures and requirements
- Demonstrate good knowledge of site Safety
- Perform general site maintenance and liaise with contractors to ensure high standards of work and on time delivery
- Have a good understanding of Health & Safety/risk assessments
- Have some understanding of engineering systems e.g. heating, ventilation, plumbing etc
- Carry out General site maintenance
- Plumbing and joinery repairs
- Production and office support
- Implementation of the visual factory / 5s
- Implementation of General duties as requested by line management
- Environmental response and improvements
- Site inspections and checks

Requirements
Essential
- GCSE in English and Mathematics above Grade C
- Previous Facilities experience
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Computer literacy is essential, especially an excellent understanding of MS Word and Excel
