The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
The post holder will be responsible for supporting the Facilities and Maintenance Department and all aspects of the business by maintaining, repairing and installing new electrical systems.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine maintenance and testing on industrial electrical systems
- Use of initiative to find and present faults and concerns in electrical systems
- Install electrical systems to 18th edition wiring regulations
- Maintain and operate all HVAC systems and associated equipment
- Perform facility inspections and audits and report any issues raised to Facilities Manager
- Carry out regular PPM
- Review and understand equipment and methods of operation, fire alarm system and access control systems etc.
- Comply with site safety procedures and requirements
- Support all production shifts by means of emergency callouts
- Demonstrate good knowledge of site safety and knowledge in Risk Assessments and Method Statements
- Perform general site maintenance and liaise with contractors to ensure high standards of work and on-time delivery

Requirements
Essential
- City and Guilds in Electrical Installations or Equivalent
- 5 x GCSEs or equivalent
- 5+ years' experience working on Electrical Industrial machinery
- 5+ years' experience in a highly regulated manufacturing / Engineering Environment
- Good working knowledge of fire detection systems
- Knowledge of communication network systems
- Knowledge of access control systems
- Valid Driving License and access to own vehicle

- Organisational / time management skills
