The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.

The post holder will report to the Facilities Manager and will be responsible for providing daily maintenance of all facilities.

Responsibilities

  • Comply with site safety procedures and requirements
  • Demonstrate good knowledge of site Safety
  • Perform general site maintenance and liaise with contractors to ensure high standards of work and on time delivery
  • Have a good understanding of Health & Safety/risk assessments
  • Have some understanding of engineering systems e.g. heating, ventilation, plumbing etc
  • Carry out General site maintenance
  • Plumbing and joinery repairs
  • Production and office support
  • Implementation of the visual factory / 5s
  • Implementation of General duties as requested by line management
  • Environmental response and improvements
  • Site inspections and checks

Requirements

Essential

  • GCSE in English and Mathematics above Grade C
  • Previous Facilities experience
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Computer literacy is essential, especially an excellent understanding of MS Word and Excel

Desirable

  • Proactive with strong communication skills and a diplomatic working style
